Our Team

Tiffany Peterson Felder is a native of Michigan, who after many years of building systems, infrastructures, and sales organizations for others, has found her life’s work in a global movement named Our BeQuest. As the majority owner of the company that provides Family Wishes, the first elite funeral concierge service, that funds funerals of humans and their pets, she’s in her element of creating generational wealth. Her mission is to enroll 20,000 memberships which equates to 100,000 members their first year, with the efforts of her driven Executives, Founders, Advisors, Contributors and potential investors. She aspires to expand Our BeQuest globally in strategic stages for efficiency and sustainability. 

Tiffany entered the financial service industry in 1996 as an Administrative Assistant for a woman-owned insurance agency before women in leadership positions were vastly accepted. This challenge ignited her inclination to become a licensed agent in 1998 with hopes to own her own agency one day. Now, not only does she lead Role Model Agency Financial, a group of over 200 professionals producing over $10,000,000 in 2023; she facilitates seminars for municipalities, non-profit organizations, major corporations, and other institutions to introduce new strategies so they can thrive financially as well. 

In a perfect world, she would spend time with her husband, their ten children, six grandchildren, and two grand-dogs on beaches around the world. Realistically, she travels often, studies Karate Aiki-Jitsu at the Tensho Goju Karate Academy of Martial Arts, models, acts, dances, reads inspirational books, and entertains family for fun. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc and serves on the Society of Black Agents’ (SOBA) Board as the Agency Development Director.

Her heart’s desire is everyone experience optimal wellness. She often recites her favorite scripture from The Holy Bible 3 John 1, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” This statement embodies her passion and love for people worldwide, especially those underserved.
