The right person will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with existing and potential clients; ensuring that all sales documents are accurately completed; operating a CRM; organizing and implement sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines; updating customer records in the company database as required; contacting clients to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction; collaborating with the sales staff to monitor pending cases and make sure they’re completed on time. Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately.
